Handheld Kitchen Mincer for Garlic, Ginger, Herbs, Nuts, and More

[MULTIFUNCTIONAL] A Handheld Kitchen Tool that can mince a wide variety of ingredients, including garlic, ginger, herbs, and nuts.

[INSTRUCTIONS] Use the Garlic Twister to "Smash" the garlic clove and loosen the skin for easy peeling (see video). This process also softens the garlic. Place 2-3 cloves in the unit and gradually twist as you work your way down. Expect a mixture of minced bits and juices to come out.

[REMOVING INGREDIENTS] To remove the minced ingredients, pack them into triangles (see video) by gently twisting the Twister side to side. If you find it difficult to twist, "pre-smash" the garlic as mentioned above. This weakens the clove, making it easier to twist.

[GINGER & MORE] Before placing ginger into the Garlic Twister, first slice it into narrow discs. Refer to the "Stir Fry" video above for a demonstration. You can also use the Twister to mince nuts for topping your ice cream.
